       * Complete shrub trimming & weed removal from the right of way.

       * Look to your grass cut list for continued maintenance of this

         property.

**** SHRUB TRIMMING, LEAF & DEBRIS REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS ****

       * Shrubs must be trimmed and all clippings removed.

       * Ensure the right of way is free of leaves and debris.  

This includes: the area 10 feet from edge of the roads curb  

 yard area, flower beds, sidewalks, paths, steps, porches, and driveway.

       * If leaves can not be mulched over subtly by mowing, please bag and

         remove.

       * Submit before, during, after photo documentation to support the leaf

         removal and the total bags removed.

       * A final photo showing all bags removed is required.

       * Follow Pricing Model

       * If a recut is needed once leaves are removed, please proceed with a

         recut.  Invoice per Pricing Model.
