Fill out the information Forms and Waivers.

Submit pictures of your equipment and crew.

Some Gigs may require proof of insurance or certification.

All Macon Gig Vendors must also submit an application with the Macon-Bibb office Small Business Affairs. To register with OSBA use link above.

To submit Payment for Work Orders. All vendors must be registred with Bibb County Procurment. Option 3 in the link above allows for online submission of the key forms.
